Making disciples of all nations.
Jesus commissioned His followers to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe everything He had commanded (Matt 28:18-20). It is the church’s privilege and duty to continue this work of sharing the Good News about Jesus and seeing people come to know Him as Lord and Savior. Northside takes part in Jesus’s Great Commission both locally and globally.
Local Outreach Ministries
Northside takes part in regular local outreach ministries, where we can both tangibly serve our neighbors and clearly share the Good News of Jesus. Some of our regular outreach ministries include English as a Second Language classes, regular prayer and Gospel sharing at local parks, and serving neighbors in need through Care Portal and Angel Tree.
Community Events
Throughout the year, Northside hosts several community events to create a safe, hospitable space to meet neighbors and families. These community events include block parties, Easter egg hunts, Trunk or Treat, and other gatherings.
Global Missions Partnerships
Northside partners with missionary teams across the globe through the International Mission Board. These partnerships include regular prayer, short term support trips, and ongoing planning and preparation to send long term workers to labor alongside our missionary partners.
