Meet Our Pastors

Our Pastors, also called Elders and Overseers in the New Testament, are God-called men who are appointed by the church to lead through the teaching of God’s Word, general oversight and administration, and caring for the souls of members through discipleship and counseling (1 Pet 5:1-4). Pastors must exhibit the character qualifications listed in 1 Tim 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9. Ultimately, pastors equip the whole church to use their gifts and carry out the ministry God has called us to collectively (Eph 4:11-13).

Taylor DiRoberto

Pastor of Preaching & Leadership

Taylor has served as a pastor at Northside since 2021. His main areas of responsibility include preaching, partnerships, missions, and outreach. Taylor is married to Sara, and they have two daughters.

Travis Montgomery

Elder

Travis has served as a pastor at Northside since 2021. His main areas of responsibility include worship, preaching and theological training. Travis is married to Lauren, and they have three sons.

Camden Pulliam

Elder

Camden has served as a pastor at Northside since 2021. His main areas of responsibility include small groups, kids, and hospitality. He is married to Mallory, and have three children.

Hayden Summerhill

Elder

Hayden has served as a pastor at Northside since 2021. His main areas of responsibility include teaching, preaching, administration, and communication. He is married to Haley, and they have one daughter.

Meet Our Staff

Our staff members maintain many day-to-day operations of our church, advance the overall mission of the church, and work as lead servants in specific ministry lanes.

Nikki Kathcart

Director of Northside Kids

Nikki has served on staff at Northside since 2023. Nikki heads up our kids ministry team at Northside. She is married to Jared, and they have three children.

Haley Summerhill

Administrative Assistant

Haley has served on staff at Northside since 2026. Haley handles administrative and financial tasks at Northside. She is married to Hayden, and they have one daughter.

Kristiana Yang

Director of Worship

Kristiana has served on staff at Northside since 2022. Kristiana heads up our worship ministry team. She is married to Tony, and they have one son.

Meet Our Deacons

Deacons are God-called men and women who serve the body of Christ by meeting tangible needs (Acts 6:1; Romans 16:1–2), promoting and protecting church unity (Acts 6:2), and supporting the ministry of the elders (Acts 6:4). As public “servants” of the church, deacons must be spiritually mature believers who are faithful and fruitful in service.

Luke Bertram

Deacon of Facilities

Luke has served as a Deacon at Northside since 2026. Luke coordinates maintenance and repairs at our facility. Luke is married to Abby, and they have one child.

Meet Our Ministry Interns

Northside Fellowship desires to call and send leaders who are well developed in the areas of Character, Conviction, and Competency. Northside ministry interns serve for a two-year window as they receive training and hands-on experience in preparation to serve as pastors, deacons, staff members, missionaries, or some other vocational ministry role at Northside or in another ministry context.
