Sowing Gospel seeds to last a lifetime.
Northside Youth exists to help children know and follow Jesus during their earliest years. Through Sunday morning equip classes and nursery (ages 0-preK) during our Sunday morning worship gathering, we seek to root children in God’s Word and nurture lasting friendships in a safe and fun environment.

Meet our Kids Director.
Nikki Kathcart has served as the Director of Northside Kids since 2023. As a former school nurse and current homeschooling parent, Nikki serves our kids and parents with joy, compassion, and a desire to see every child know the love of Christ. Nikki and her husband, Jared, have three children, a great big dog named Penny, and love all things Dallas sports and Survivor. Nikki and Jared have served on multiple church staffs, and love to make disciples and see Christ glorified through their lives.

FAQs
Can any student aged 10-18 come to Northside Youth gatherings?
Absolutely! Northside Youth is open to all students ages 10–18, whether or not they’ve been part of Northside Fellowship before. We welcome anyone in this age range to join us for Sunday Equip, evening gatherings, or special events throughout the year. Every student will be cared for by trained leaders and volunteers, and our gatherings are designed to be both safe and Christ-centered. We’d love for your student to come, bring a friend, and find a place to grow in God’s Word and in community.
Who leads and cares for students at Northside Youth?
When you trust us with your students, we take their security seriously. We create a safe environment where they can learn about God and grow in a relationship with Him. We do this by creating a secure building and by only trusting your students with our background-checked and trained volunteers. All of our Northside Youth leaders and volunteers serve under the supervision of our Pastoral staff. For more information, email: info@northsidefellowshipkc.com.
